Official Contest Rules and Regulations
Flextoy Powersport Rentals – 1-Day Rental Giveaway (the “Contest”)

This Contest is sponsored and administered by Flextoy Powersports Inc. O/A Flextoy Powersport Rentals (“the Sponsor”)
1. Eligibility
This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in the province of Ontario at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on October 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) and ends on October 26, 2025 at 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) (“Contest Period”).
3. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, eligible participants must complete the official entry form available on the Flextoy Powersport Rentals Contest Page during the Contest Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries will void all such entries.
4. Prize
There is one (1) grand prize available to be won consisting of a 1-Day Snowmobile or ATV Rental provided by the Sponsor. The approximate retail value of the prize is $499 CAD.
The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize is unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) eligible entry will be randomly selected from all entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on October 26, 2025 at 6:00 PM (EST) at the Toronto International Snowmobile, ATV & Powersport Show, held at The International Centre, Toronto, Ontario.
The selected entrant will be notified by email or telephone within 48 hours following the draw. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, or does not meet all eligibility requirements, the entry will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected.
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
- Provide proof of identity matching the Contest entry name and email address;
- Confirm they are of the age of majority in Ontario; and
- Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (as required under Canadian law).
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. Prize Claim
Once verified, the winner will receive details on how to redeem their prize directly through the Sponsor.
The prize must be redeemed in accordance with Sponsor rental terms and conditions, including but not limited to valid driver’s licence requirements, security deposits, and equipment availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree that Flextoy Powersport Rentals™ shall not be responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
- Technical malfunctions of entry devices (including Sponsor-provided iPads or online systems);
- Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
All decisions of the Sponsor regarding this Contest are final and binding.
10. Privacy
By entering this Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest and communicating with entrants by email, phone, or social media.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
12. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the confirmed winner grants to the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, photographs, and statements for promotional and advertising purposes in any media (including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and the Flextoy website), without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The winner also agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the Contest (e.g., photographs, videos, or interviews) arranged by the Sponsor.
